Overview
The Alpine Project is a ski instructor booking platform for a category leader — instructor discovery, availability, payments, and the operational tools behind a marketplace that earns its year in a single season. The client stays unnamed, so the password keeps the details between us.

Goal
Make booking a ski instructor as easy as booking a taxi — across resorts, languages, and a peak season that carries the whole year's revenue in twelve weeks.
My role
I led the redesign across the consumer booking flow and the instructor operations console, embedded in the client's team under a strict confidentiality agreement.
What I learned
Seasonality is a design constraint.
Twelve weeks carry the year. Every flow had to assume peak-week stress — for guests, for instructors, and for the support team behind them.
Trust is transferred in artifacts.
Inside someone else's team, the spec, the prototype, and the design system were how trust moved between disciplines.
