Goal
Give payment engineers a control surface for live money movement that is as legible as a code editor and as trustworthy as a bank statement.
My role
I led design across the observability console, the developer documentation system, and the brand, working daily with the founding engineers.
What I learned
Developers are the hardest honest audience.
Every decorative flourish was challenged in review. What survived was a denser, faster product that the team was proud to demo.
Documentation is half the product.
Treating the docs as a designed surface, not an afterthought, measurably shortened integration time for new customers.
